Our practice was commissioned to deliver remedial works to the Grade II* listed 1712 country house at Hewell Grange, Tardebigge. Acting as principal consultant, we led the project from initial survey through detailed conservation design, providing expert advice on heritage fabric and structural repair. Our approach balanced historical integrity with modern standards, coordinating specialist consultants and contractors to ensure the building’s long-term stability. Sensitive interventions addressed masonry, roofing, and interior finishes while preserving the site’s architectural significance. This work safeguards an important example of early-eighteenth-century English country house design for future generations and supports ongoing stewardship of the estate.
